2021 Strategic Communication Series: Post-COVID Consumer Communication

Co-organized by the Centre for Media and Communication Research at HKBU, the Department held the 2021 Strategic Communication Series featuring Ms. Emily Chang, CEO of McCann Worldgroup, China on March 30, 2021. In this insightful sharing, Emily highlighted three characteristics of consumer communication in the post COVID-19 era: (1) based on data, (2) creating unique experiences, and (3) with addressable targets. The event attracted more than 80 communication professionals, academicians, and students from Hong Kong, mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea and Europe.
