ORGC 2013 Friend of the Earth

Environmental protection is a topic which never cools down like the global temperature. As residents in this global village, no matter how tiny our power may be, we actively engage ourselves with this hot issue. For example, we took part in Friends of the Earth (FoE) Second-hand Resources Exchange Station.

Based on detailed research we conducted, we developed an innovative campaign to promote environmental protection as well as strengthening the public’s sensitivity to waste reduction. We began with several Collection Days being held to collect second-hand resources for the Second-hand Resource Exchange Station.

The Station itself consisted of various booths where different games were designed to increase participants’ motivation of exchanging resources. Apart from educating the public, we showed the spirit and energy of good communicators to help reinforce FoE’s green image.
