Bias and stigma always stem from a lack of communication and communal understanding. In order to promote a positive and open attitude towards AIDS and people living with HIV (PLHIV), we joined AIDS Concern, the first NGO committed to the service of AIDS care in Hong Kong, to promote HIV/AIDS prevention and education through games, leaflets and souvenirs on a part-time pedestrian street in Mong Kok. With the event’s theme “I’M Positive”, we strived our best to draw the busy crowd’s attention to the creation of a PLHIV-friendly Hong Kong.
