Advice to Students

My advice to students is to stay curious and keep exploring. Curiosity is the starting point of learning, but it needs to be nurtured through continuous exploration. The more you explore, the more your curiosity grows, and this cycle may lead you to unexpected ideas, opportunities, and paths.

Margaret Jiangling Huang is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at the School of Communication, Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research and teaching focus on the intersection of digital media, artificial intelligence, organizational communication, and employee behavior. Specifically, she examines how ICTs and AI-enabled communication technologies shape employees’ organizational experiences, including work–family boundaries, online boundary management, organizational identification and commitment, and employee well-being. Her research employs quantitative methods, including cross-sectional and longitudinal designs, online experiments, cross-cultural surveys, and systematic reviews.
