Singapore is always described as Hong Kong’s main rival in Asia. Instead of competing with her, why not learning from this Asia’s rising star? To find out more about her strengths and attractiveness, we started our journey by socializing with the student ambassadors from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), whose Communication and Media Studies is ranked top 20 globally. We also visited Marina Barrage, NEWater, Singapore Discovery Centre and a food-processing factory (Eurasia Global). After these visits, our understanding go deeper about Singapore’s commitment to sustainable development in terms of the protection of her cultural heritage and environment. Of course, apart from our intellectual journey, how could we afford missing the chance of enjoying ourselves in Merlion Park, Gardens by the Bay and Universal Studios?
